SC-8000LOG-IP (via VoIP Gateway):
It is a Voice Recorder via VoIP Gateway. Connecting to network switches for mirroring, It is pure software only, instead of using recorder line cards.
SC-8000LOG-Express (16 to 48 channels use):
It is all-in-one recording device for small to medium size market providing 16 - 48 channels connected to PBX via MDF or E1/PRI interface. Managers could use the inter-network for searching, replay & monitor status of voice log by Web.
SC-8000LOG (16 to 128 channels use):
It is designed for call center or heavy call intersection industry to provide 16 - 128 channels that connected to PBX via MDF or E1/PRI interface. In the complicated environment, SC-8000LOG can integrate with CTI/ AP for tagging more information, like Log-in agent ID, Calling number, Called number etc. With this information, managers can easily and quickly search the voice log and analyze.
There are 8 recorder line cards. Each line card contains 16 channels (16 channels x 8 = 128 channels)
